Did You Love AFRICAN Dishes || Do You know How They Are Been Made Into Flour || Relax Back And See These Steps In Making Raw Plantain Into Flour ( Manual Method)

Hello Everyone 💕 💞,

It is all known that we have different types of food preparation, different types of people, different types of dressing, different types of languages , different types of parenting as well. Yes, no doubt that is why I bring to you this new method of Preparation raw food into flour processing. Few days ago, I met one of our Steemit colleague messages in my inbox when I posted an article on Plantain Plantation. Yes I am a farmer and I know how its been done and am never shy of what I know, and that's why I decided to go through the processes although it takes time but I did it.

How Is Plantain Flour Made Originally?

From the grass root it is been made from its name, Plantain but it has its own process and procedures you have to take before you finally get to the flour processing stage which I believe it is the last process before it gets to the consumption part.

I will start my tutorial on how to make Plantain Flour with some images to show us more........

My first step is shown after gotten the Plantain from its tree. Although I wasn't happy when the incident happened but I had to forgo it and continue with my Farming Activities. I cut down those premature Fruits from its tree few days ago. So, after I did the cutting myself. I had to use knife to cut the branches from its tree. Just like this.

In step two, it is clearly shown that I have cut it off from its true stem. To have a look at the attached Plantain Fruits.

This picture shows how the both edges was cut to ease the peeling work. Because you can't peel the Plantain without cutting the edges.

The step 4, shows the same thin line I made on the premature Plantain Fruit after cutting the edges. It so simple but logically.

Step 5, showed the peeling method. I used my hand in peeling off the Outter coat of the Plantain Fruit. I know we have so many automated machine that does the peeling but as it is, there is no money to purchase that. So I go manually. I peeled it gradually to let everyone see it and understand it well.

I have to show all this processes to ensure a great job weldone, and also to see the completion of the Plantain Flour being made. In step 7, I showed how I used a sharp knife to slice the already peeled Plantain Fruit into smaller pieces and required shape to make it sun dry quickly.

In summary ✍️✍️

What I did was to show the procedures from the scratch how you can achieve your own homemade Process as well. It looks so simple to write but trust me. It's sort hardwork not for lazy dudes 😉. I will leave in inside the sun for 6 hours and for three to four days. After that, I'm going to package it up and bagged it as well. Ready for grinding.

Marketfriday is here 💞♨️ || Walk With Me. ( #Marketsnaps ) Initiative by @dswigle

Hello Everyone 💕 💞,

Today been the first Friday of the new month of December, it is time to carry on the blockchain survey in the Market. Yes, the initiative was introduced by @dswigle , she actually brought up this great community linkage between in and out of the blockchain as a whole. While I was going on today, my path did not pass through the Market arena but for the sake of the Initiative, I had to turnaround on time and meet my target.

Yes, here we are at the Ipata Main Market in Ilorin. I always use this market square because it is very important and big Market along the main town in Ilorin. And also , it has three to four main gates , you can definitely see what I am saying and there are alot of things in there to discuss about.

On my way inside the Main Market, I met so many people and they are eager to buy and sell. As you can see it in the pictures, I bypassed the fish retailers, the meat retailers, the pepper retailers as well. It was a very long journey for me because I double trekked so well today.

When I was going a little bit further into the Market again, I met this man in blue shirt hawking with a bicycle selling ice cream. Yeah, you can see this young little girl holding up a tiny yogurts.

My going out to the Market square was fun and amazing because I saw so many things which I would have love to snap but I was not giving the permission to do so.

Happy Farmer’s Life || Evening Harvest Is More Fun And Very Jocular

Hello Everyone 💕 💞,

Last Night I was so happy to be on the farm and to see more produce to harvest, yes it is Summer period here in most of the state but here where I reside presently we are experiencing partial Summer. Because with the look of things I can conclude we are half way gone. All green Vegetations are almost dried. Hmmm. It is very lovely season but too much stress can be involve when it comes to farming Activities.

I was very Joyous to see my Two pawpaw tree making it up to this far. Some are already dried off because of lack of water supply. I went into the farm and I saw this two beautiful and lovely Fruits hanging up there. Yes. Very cute and amazing.

For a farmer it is very rear to see them not happy when they are near to the Harvesting Time because they labour all day and night to see it grow well and look more greenish all year round. That's what exactly what happened to me yesterday. I am very sure , @papa-pepper , @inature , @anggreklestari and @adsactly and more people into food articles and post will definitely know what I mean by farmer harvesting. It is never an easy task but when you have some element of hardwork, Persistence, Consistency and above all Patience as farmer things will work out well . Most especially if you are into both Crops and animals. Smile it is a big deal. I tell you.💪.

I planted two types of Pawpaw breed but I don't really know the names, I will be most grateful if you can really assist me with the names 💯.

The first specie is so sweet and delicious only when it is not fully riped. Did you get that? Sometimes when you leave them on its tree for some days it becomes so soft inside ,not outside but at the end when you harvest them and slice. It all soften. 🙃☹️. But when it still hard outside and inside, wow🤗🤸🤸 it more delicious. And in some cases it is vice versa. That's nature for you.

I am planning to go into more animals soon when the times comes. But for now I'm on Poultry farm and rabbitry.
